Bree
Bree has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, teaching everything from Spinning and Bootcamps, to Yoga and Pilates. She’s a NASM Certified Personal trainer, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, PSC certified in Pilates Mat and Reformer and a Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach, working in person and online with clients all over North America. She has participated in triathlon and bodybuilding competition in the past, and is now enjoying the social and competitive fun she gets through playing tennis. Bree is passionate about fitness and nutrition, and teaches clients how to incorporate both into their healthy lifestyle for lasting change.

Master Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach
Bree is a Master Level 2 Precision Nutrition Coach and has been guiding clients through better nutrition since 2014. She has coached clients of all ages, through all stages of life, including a state level high school power lifter, pregnant and post-partum moms, women in all stages of pre- or post-menopause, and their weekend warrior husbands. Whether you are wanting to lose 10lbs before a reunion or need to lose 40 lbs for health reasons, her coaching methods and tailored nutrition plans can be your guide. Bree understands that for many of us, enjoying the pleasures of foot is important! Her nutrition plans can include many of your favorite foods, but in a way that will still give you the results that you desire.
