Born and raised in Kansas, Tina has always had a passion for helping others with wellness and fitness. With over 15 years of Pilates training and experience, Tina loves guiding others to reach and exceed their goals. Since being introduced to Pilates over 20 years ago she knows that everyBODY can benefit in some way from the Pilates experience. Tina enjoys sharing the information she knows and learns with her clients. It is a true feeling of joy to teach others the benefits of lengthening our body and spine, creating and sustaining core strength, learning to use the small intricate muscles to achieve movement and breathing into each and every movement. Clients, friends and family have shared with Tina that her classes are creative, informative and balanced. Tina has been described as Sweet T and sunshine with a twist of tornado!
